Working through PAC Team, we developed fabrication and millwork drawings for multiple display zones and architectural elements within the Grand Seiko flagship store at 540 Madison Avenue in New York City—the brand’s largest flagship location globally. Based on schematic architectural drawings and Grand Seiko’s established brand standards, our scope included detailed documentation for display fixtures, architectural millwork, and custom cabinetry for a café area, ensuring precision, consistency, and build-ready clarity for fabrication and installation.
