Your hours, not ours
The team works US Eastern hours. A markup sent at 4pm gets picked up the same afternoon, not overnight in a timezone twelve hours away.
Dajer & Co exists because production drawing work is a discipline in its own right — and because most firms would rather their architects spent the afternoon designing than redrawing a schedule.
Dajer & Co is the production arm of a practice that also designs. That matters more than it sounds: the people drawing your sections have detailed their own buildings, argued with their own contractors, and been on the receiving end of a set that didn't hold together.
So the work is read, not just traced. If a detail doesn't resolve, or a schedule contradicts a plan, you hear about it while there is still time to decide — rather than finding it in a RFI three weeks later.
The studio is led by Carla Rodríguez, an architectural designer and the owner of Dajer & Co, with a small permanent team and a bench of specialist drafters brought in by discipline.
We are deliberately not an architect of record: the set is produced for your review, under your seal, on your standards, and that boundary is what makes the arrangement work. When a package does need a seal, we can arrange it through licensed partners — in Florida, structural sets are sealed through our FL-licensed engineer.

Work lands in your SharePoint folder structure, in your naming convention. Nothing arrives as a zip attached to an email thread.
Every task sits on a project board and every hour is logged against it. The itemised time log attached to your invoice is the same record we manage the work from.
Nothing is delivered without a second pair of eyes against your standard. Reviewing our drawings is not part of your job.
Every Dajer & Co client agreement defines acceptance the same way. These are contract terms, not values on a wall.

A sister practice, Dajer Studio, handles architecture and interior design work directly. Dajer & Co is the production side, and works only as a subcontracted studio to other firms.
