We draw what you design.

Construction documents, millwork and shop drawings for US architects, fabricators and design-build firms — produced on your standards, in your title block, to your schedule.

What we draw

Four disciplines. One set of standards.

Every package is drawn against your CAD standard, not ours — your layers, your title block, your sheet naming. Unless you'd like us to build that standard for you, which is a discipline of its own.

Architecture & interiors

Permit and construction sets — plans, elevations, sections, details and schedules — plus the finish, furniture and lighting documentation that sits underneath them.

Millwork & shop drawings

Casework and joinery drawn to fabrication tolerance, with the materials and hardware called out for the shop floor rather than the field.

CAD & BIM standards

Layer standards, templates and title blocks built for your office and documented — yours to keep, whether or not you keep working with us.

Visualisation

Model and render work for approvals and client presentation, built from the same drawing set rather than a separate file that drifts.

How it works

Standards first. Drawings second.

Most outsourcing goes wrong at handover, not at the drawing board. We spend the first week absorbing how your office works.

  1. 01

    Standards intake

Your title block, layer standard, CAD template, sheet naming and plot styles come in before a single line is drawn. If you have a graphic standards manual, we work from it.

  2. 02

    Scope and schedule in writing

Deliverables, sheet count and dates are agreed up front. Changes to scope are quoted for time and cost and confirmed in writing before work starts — never absorbed silently and never invoiced as a surprise.

  3. 03

    Production and internal check

Drawings are produced and checked against your standard by someone other than the person who drew them, before they ever reach you.

  4. 04

    Your review, our turnaround

You redline. We turn markups around inside the agreed window and log what changed, so the next package starts from a shorter list.

  5. 05

    Delivery in your structure

Native files and PDFs land in your folder structure via SharePoint — not a zip in an email thread.

The standard

Three things a package is judged on.

These are the acceptance criteria written into our client agreements. They are not marketing lines — they are the terms we sign.

Adherence to your standards

A drawing that is technically correct but drawn our way is a failed deliverable. Yours is the only standard on the sheet.

Timeliness of delivery and communication

Dates are commitments. So is telling you early when something is going to slip, which is the part most studios skip.

Technical accuracy across the team

Consistent quality whoever draws it — the point of a team rather than a freelancer.

Engagement

Hourly as you go. A dedicated drafter when volume is steady.

Every package is quoted as an hour range up front and billed on the hours actually drawn — weekly, with an itemised time log. Firms with steady volume take a dedicated drafter at a lower rate.

Questions

The ones firms actually ask.

Whose CAD standard do you draw to?

Yours, always. We set up your title block, layer standard, plot styles and sheet naming as part of intake, before production starts. If you don't have a documented standard, we'll build one from a set you're happy with and send it back to you to keep.

Do you stamp or seal drawings?

Not in-house — we are a production drafting studio, not the architect or engineer of record, and drawings are produced for your review under your seal. But when a package needs one, we can arrange it through licensed partners and get it moving for you: in Florida, structural sets are sealed through our FL-licensed engineer.

How do files move back and forth?

Through SharePoint, in your folder structure, with access provided at kickoff. Native files and PDFs both. If your office runs on something else, we'll work in your system rather than asking you to adopt ours.

What happens when scope changes mid-package?

We price the time and schedule impact and get your written approval before drawing it. Nothing gets absorbed quietly, and nothing appears on an invoice you haven't already agreed to.

Can you cover overflow rather than a whole project?

Yes — that is most of the work. A weekly block of hours against whatever is busiest is the usual arrangement, and it's the easiest way to find out whether we're a fit before committing a full package.

Send us a set. We'll tell you what it takes.

Send a drawing package and your standards, and you'll get back a scope, an hour estimate and a date — not a sales call.
